What makes your agency different?
As a locally-owned and operated agency founded in 1999, we focus on building strong personal relationships, matching caregivers to clients based on personality and needs, and offering continuity of care so families feel supported every step of the way.
What is “24-Hour Home Care”?
This is around-the-clock care (including nights and weekends) provided in the client’s home so they may remain safe, comfortable, and supported without relocating to a care facility. Tasks may include personal care, meal preparation, errands, and companionship.
What is “Personal Care Services”?
These services assist with everyday tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinent care, bed positioning/turning, and other hygiene or mobility support.
What is “Companion Care at Home”?
Companion care helps with non-medical support focused on socialization and assistance like running errands, light housekeeping, transportation, accompanying to appointments, checking in with meals, and emotional engagement.
Do you provide care for dementia or Parkinson’s disease?
Yes, we offer specialized home care for clients living with Alzheimer’s, dementia or Parkinson’s disease, tailoring support to their unique needs and ensuring environments that promote safety, dignity and independence.
What is “Hospice Support Services”?
For clients under hospice care, we provide caregivers experienced in end-of-life support, coordinate with the hospice plan, communicate with the family and care team, and ensure comfort and dignity in the final days of life.
How do I begin services?
You can call our office any time at our 24-hour number. We’ll schedule an initial consultation to assess the client’s needs, build a custom care plan, and match the right caregiver.
How is the caregiver selected?
We complete a detailed intake to understand the client’s needs, personality, medical condition and preferences. Then we match a caregiver who is compatible, experienced in required care areas (e.g., dementia) and available for the schedule.
What if I only need a few hours of help?
Yes — we can provide hourly companion or personal care services, not just full-time or overnight. Our care options are flexible to support varying levels of need.
How much does in-home care cost?
Rates vary depending on the level of care (personal vs companion vs specialized), hours required (hourly, overnight, 24-hour), and caregiver qualifications. During the assessment we’ll review the personalized quote and help you understand what to expect.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept private pay arrangements. During consultation, we’ll review payment options, scheduling frequency, and how to handle hours and billing.
Does insurance cover your services?
Typically, in-home non-medical care is not covered by standard Medicare. Some long-term care insurance or veterans’ benefits may apply; we encourage you to check your policy and we are happy to provide documentation to assist.
Are your caregivers trained and bonded?
Yes. Caregivers are screened, bonded, and supervised by a Registered Nurse. They receive training and are matched to clients for safety, compatibility and quality of care.
Is your agency licensed and accredited?
We are a licensed home care agency in Arizona and members of recognized senior care networks, signifying our commitment to industry standards and quality.
How can I check client testimonials or reviews?
You can read client testimonials on our website which include stories of our caregivers’ compassion and professionalism in supporting families through personal care, dementia care and end-of-life services.
What happens if the client’s needs changes (for example more care needed)?
If the client’s condition or needs change, we’ll reassess the care plan together and adjust caregiver hours, duties or shift to a more appropriate service type (e.g., from companion care to personal care or 24-hour care).
How do you handle caregiver changes or scheduling conflicts?
We aim for consistent caregiver assignments for relationship continuity, but if a change is needed we communicate promptly, provide a qualified replacement, and ensure hand-off so service continuity isn’t disrupted.
How do you ensure the safety of care in the home?
Our agency is structured with RN supervision, standard operating procedures, regular check-ins, and a process to monitor caregiver performance and client satisfaction. We also make sure environmental safety and infection control are addressed.
What happens in an emergency or overnight when a caregiver needs assistance?
We maintain a 24/7 support line for clients and families. If a caregiver needs assistance, our office can dispatch support, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensure prompt response.
